MenuChooser NBA 1.1 by Michael O'Keefe
  This NBA allows you to choose a menu item by 
pressing a button. HyperStudio will act as if the
user had picked the menu item with the mouse,
although the menu will not drop down.
  To use this NBA just enter then name of the menu
the desired menu item is in, followed by a comma,
then the name of the item you want to select. If you
want to select an item from the Tools or Colors 
menu just enter the number of the tool/color 
(the numbers start from 1 and increase left to right,
top to bottom). If you want to choose an item from the
Apple menu use the name “Apple”.
For example to select the Undo menu item you would enter:

Edit,Undo

You can enter as many selections as you like, with
one menu selection per line, as in:

Edit,Flip Sideways
Colors,5
File,Save Stack
...

All names are case insensitive and you don’t have
to include the elipsis character (…) in your names.
